Retail Policy

As well as items currently listed for sale, please browse my gallery of earlier designs. These can be ordered but please note that because I make unique, handcrafted items none of them will be identical. I would be delighted to make you my designs that are not currently in stock and I will send you a photo of the item I have made for you prior to you confirming the purchase. There is no charge for this nor obligation to purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for a made to order purchase to be completed and ensure that you supply an email address in your order and also to so that photos can be sent to you for approval. Once you have confirmed your acceptance of the item it will be posted within the 48 hour timescale.

Commissions will be considered, but if you want a special creation, a non-refundable deposit of £25 for items under 10 grams finished weight and £40 for items with a finished weight between 10-20 grams will be required to enable development of the piece. You will be able to review the finished piece and if you do not like it you will be able to decline it but the deposit will not be refunded. If you accept the piece, the amount of deposit will be deducted from the final price and you will only pay the balance. All special commissions will be hallmarked and if you are unable to collect it in person will be sent by special delivery. Hallmarking and special delivery will be included in the final amount. Timescales for completion of commissioned pieces will be agreed between the vendor and customer.

Personalised items including names, dates and other personal images such as fingerprints must be paid in full before they are made and in the event they are declined, the payment cannot be refunded due to the personalised nature and the fact that I will be unable to offer them for sale.

Rings are not currently available by commission because the shrinkage rates of metal clay can be unpredictable.

All rings offered for sale on this website will have their size clearly listed and if you are unsure I can send you a ring sizer as a means of checking the size will fit before you order.

All purchases must be paid in full before shipment.

Orders must be confirmed by email to and before the transaction is accepted or completed we will have as many discussions as necessary, by email, phone and exchange of photos to ensure I have a clear understanding of your requirements.

Items currently in stock will be posted to you within 48 hours of confirmation of your payment.

Made to Order and Commissioned items will be posted within the above timescale once you have confirmed you are content with the design and have paid in full.

Payment is via the secure PayPal system. You can pay from your PayPal account or most of the debit/credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use a card.
